The KBT 'Shanti' swing hook with mounting plate is suitable for square or round timber. The mounting plate measures about 130 x 45 mm and has 2 square holes of 11 x 11 mm, fit for M10 carriage bolts.
The vibration dampening plastic bearings make the swing hook noiseless. The plastic bearings can be replaced if necessary.
